All Items Sold AS-IS, no returns except where significantly different than as listed. We strive to have high customer service levels and will do everything possible to make you happy. If a problem does happen, please CONTACT US before leaving feedback. We, as any seller, have had a few problems, and we still end up with a happy customer at the end of the deal. We can, and will, resolve any problems! Please, keep in mind that you are purchasing a used part, often 20 to 25 years old. There may be occasional problems with items of this age. We do our absolute best to represent all of our items as accurately as possible, but purchasing a used part is always a calculated risk! We attempt to diminish this risk for you, but failures WILL happen with a used part! Use common sense about what used parts you use.

We currently accept PayPal as our preferred payment method. We will also accept a certified check or money order.
We ship both via USPS Priority Mail and UPS, depending on the size of the item. Large items are shipped via freight.
Please note, we do charge a reasonable shipping / handling surcharge (usually $3.00.) Most items involve some cost in packing materials or having to purchase specially sized boxes. We attempt to be as eco-friendly as possible by using the minimum sized boxes and recycled materials. There is a slight premium to do this, but it's worth it in that we ALL have to live on this planet and we'd rather spend a few extra dollars to package items the RIGHT WAY.
